Tony Jay was an acclaimed British-American actor, voice artist, and singer. He was widely celebrated for his remarkably deep, distinctive baritone voice. He is best known as the voice of Claude Frollo in Walt Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame and the virus Megabyte in the award-winning CGI animated series ReBoot.
