The King and the Thief: one is a rich ruler, the other is a poor gardener named Lešek, who loves his Jolanka. But her father doesn't want to give her to him as his wife unless she brings him a ring and a bag of gold coins. And then Leška meets the devil and offers him a magic hat that will make him invisible, and a feather that will open any closed safe. It's hard to resist and not steal. But, as the devil says, everyone can decide for themselves whether to choose the path to hell.
